This centre is designed to have territorial jurisdiction across India, specifically in alignment with the provisions of Section 396 (1) and (2) of the Companies Act, 2014.

Its primary function is the processing and timely disposal of e-forms, with operations set to commence from February 6, 2024. According to the official notification, S.O. 446(E), dated February 2, 2024, the CPC, will handle the processing and disposal of e-forms, along with the associated fees, as outlined in the Companies (Registration of Offices and Fees) Rules, 2014.
